Update as of 4/24/25:We continue on Saturday, the head tech called and apologized and assured Me that they would come out Monday and solve my issue. The head tech came out on Monday and was very professional, and filled up my unit with refrigerant for free until so that the ac would run until they get the part in. The part arrived a day early. They called me as soon as they received it and scheduled in 30 mins from receiving the part to get it installed. Came on time, didn’t have to wait. Was supposed to be a 4 hour job, but he was able to get it done in less time with the help of another tech. They stayed extra time to make sure it was running and cooling properly. The bill had my discounts already adjusted just as promised. Started off a lil rocky for me but they turned my experience around. I’m happy with the professionalism and the effort to make things right. Great rebound, I also signed up for the membership plan and saved over $360 on this job. It’s worth looking into to save some money. Rough start but great finish. Thank you Kevin for your hard work and staying in contact during this process.Original review from 4/19/25:Called around midnight bc they said they have 24 hour service. Promised a tech immediately but 20 min later called to say no one is coming. Then they Called me around 8 am to get my credit card info. Then at 8:36 they called to say they will be here in 30 mins. Family left with out me to go to an event since they were on the way. Spent the next hour and a half waiting for them to show up, the tech finally arrived and said he can't do anything bc his equipment (gages broken) was broken, said I might have a leak and need Freon but will send a diff tech with working equipment at a later time and charged me $180 and said it will be a total of $536 when that tech comes. I'm still home missing my event with no ac still, and now have to reschedule for another day bc I now have to go to work. Wasted and ruined my entire day for nothing. Why bother coming to look at my ac without the proper equipment or tools to inspect it or do anything????????? I called customer service for assistance but they said they can't do anything over the weekend or after hours.

ERICK is a knowlegable & courteous technician. He was prompt & efficient & discovered the reason we have been having HVAC issues with the AC running continuously & causing excess humidity & sweating problems within our apartment. Also, why our FPL electric bill is do very high. I am grateful to have answers to our humidy issues that gave caused so much damage to our ceilings & crown moldings. Good job Erick
